Psychotherapy in
the Waldpavillon
.

Welcome in the Waldpavillon and to my website!

  • Psychotherapy

Are you going through a particularly stressful time? Are you in a crisis?

Do you want to deal with the challenges in your life? And are you looking for professional, therapeutic support for this?

If you are in a stressful life situation, have emotional and/or physical problems and the support of your trusted persons is no longer sufficient, psychotherapy can help.

Therapeutic processes with me in the forest pavilion are specifically and personally tailored to you - to tackle your unique challenges and make you aware of possible solutions - so that nothing stands in the way of your change.

  • Systemic Family Therapy

Systemic family therapy offers a protected framework in which I would like to enable you to deal with yourself and your life issues in an atmosphere of respect and deep understanding.

It is important to me that you experience yourself as an expert on your own life story. I support you in discovering new connections and in developing and using your abilities, strengths and options for action.

As a therapist, I see myself in the role of accompanying you in discovering these solutions and supporting you in implementing them. I am convinced that every person has the right solutions for their personal challenges within them!

  • Waldpavillon

My forest pavilion is a psychotherapy practice in Vienna 1130, located in a beautiful and wild “Natur-im-Garten” certified garden, surrounded by the Hörndl Forest (Hörndlwald / Lainzer Tiergarten). It is the ideal place to take time for yourself and to leave everyday life behind.

If you are interested, I also offer talks in the forest or walking in nature ("Walk & Talk"). The forest can contribute to the therapy process: It has been proven that the forest has positive effects on the human body, especially on the nervous system and the psyche.

  • My Focus

Depending on your needs and wishes, we design the therapeutic process together. Therefore, we also design the settings in mutual consultation and can adapt them as required. In my psychotherapy practice I offer individual, couple, family and group settings as well as therapeutic coaching and supervision.

I work with children, youth, women and men, also with an international or migration background - in individual, couple and group settings. .

I support persons who are struggling with excessive demands, low motivation, relationship problems, depression, anxiety or difficult life transitions (e.g. job change, school transition, partnership, parenting issues) or who want to delve deeper into their own history to get to know yourself better. Going through difficulties, transitions or self-awareness is easier with support!

About Me

Since 2014 I have devoted myself to my training as a systemic family therapist. Before that, I worked in social development in non-governmental organizations and an international finance organization for a long time, especially in the countries of the Western Balkans (with a focus on social inclusion, voice and accountability) and also provided counselling for migrant women for a number of years.

I have been a psychotherapist in training under supervision (for systemic family therapy) from 2021-2023. As part of my training, I was able to gain a wide range of experience in individual and group therapy at the City Farm in St. Pölten, at Rettet das Kind Niederösterreich, in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Tulln Clinic, in garden therapy, in the day clinic at the Hietzing Clinic in Vienna as well as, at iwik (Association to Improve the Quality of Life). Since October 2023 I am a registered psychotherapist (for systemic familytherapy).

I really enjoy my work in the forest pavilion/ SalvatorRooms with clients, which also includes looking for and discovering solutions together. My previous work, especially with women from different countries, enabled me to get to know diverse cultures. I see these very enriching and inspiring experiences from my past jobs at home and abroad as a truly important source and support in the psychotherapeutic work in my forest pavilion.

My Networks

I am part of the following networks, which offer me intensive and uncomplicated professional networking and knowledge exchange, which in turn benefits my clients:
- vemina - A network of many women in various health professions who work together as a team to provide holistic care, treatment and support for women;
- ÖBVP - Austrian Federal Association for Psychotherapy (an independent association representing interests of all psychotherapists and psychotherapists in training under supervision); and
